Buying a house (especially a fist home) is a frustrating and emotional experience. I was able to trust Bruce to act in MY best interests, and to answer my sometimes ridiculous questions during business hours, and more often than not, much later in the evening. Bruce provided me with simple to follow spreadsheets showing options that I was aware of, and other options that also suited my needs.
